KC’s Commission Terms of Service
Last updated: 08.07.2025📌 By commissioning me (KC), you agree to all of the following terms. These terms ensure clarity and fairness for both artist and client.1. General Info
I am KC, a digital artist working under an alias. I take commissions for both personal and commercial use. All artwork is digital only, no physical items will be shipped.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including but not limited to content or client behavior.2. What I Will & Won’t Draw
I will draw:
- Humanoid characters and mild Anthropomorphic characters (fantasy, DND, anime-inspired, OCs)
- Chibis, pinups, and NSFW/kink (negotiable within reason)
- Canon characters (as long as you're not reselling the artwork)I won’t draw:
- Mecha
- Heavy or hyper-detailed armor
- Illegal content of any kind
- Complex creature design without existing reference
⚠️ I reserve the right to say no to anything that makes me uncomfortable.3. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Euros (€).
- Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
- Full payment is required upfront for all commissions under €100.
- A 50/50 split may be allowed for commissions €100+ upon request.
- Work will only begin after payment has been received.4. Revisions & Edits
You will be sent the finished sketch of your piece. You are entitled to 2 free revision rounds during this sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, any further changes will incur a revision fee depending on complexity:
- Minor tweaks: €5–10
- Moderate changes (expression, small pose changes): €15
- Major overhauls (total redraw): €25+5. Turnaround & Scheduling
Typical delivery time is 1–3 weeks from the start date.
I work on commissions in a first-come, first-served queue.
I may take a day or two break between commissions — please be patient!
Rush orders (within 24–48 hours) are accepted if I am available (ask!), and will incur an additional +30–50% fee depending on deadline.6. Usage Rights
Clients May:
- Use the art for personal purposes (avatars, headers, print for self, etc.)
- Post on social media with proper credit (tag or link to me)
Clients May NOT:
- Remove my signature or claim the art as their own
- Sell prints, merchandise, or products using the artwork without explicit written permission.
- Use the art in NFTs, AI datasets, or crypto-related content (strictly forbidden)Commercial Use:
Commercial usage (including book covers, stream graphics, branding, monetized content, etc.) must be discussed upfront. If approved, commercial rights will include a percentage-based royalty OR an additional flat fee depending on the type of use. Merch sales (stickers, shirts, posters, etc.) are not allowed without an agreement.7. Refunds & Cancellations
- If I haven’t started your piece or havent yet finished the sketch, a full refund will be issued.
- Once the sketch is approved and the artwork progresses beyond that, a 50% refund will be given.*
- No refunds will be given when the piece is near completion/90% complete by my discretion.*this doesnt apply to sketch only commissions, as a completed sketch will be considered a completed commission.If you ghost or stop responding:- After I send completed work, I will assume the commission was delivered successfully unless proven otherwise.
- In case of 50/50 payment, I will not send you the artwork until payment has completed.
- In the case of revisions: I will pause progress for up to 48 hours at the sketch or revision stage. If I receive no response or go-ahead, I will proceed with the drawing at my discretion assuming no more changes are required.8. Communication & Conduct
I typically respond to messages within 1–3 days. Be respectful and clear in your communication — rudeness or entitlement will result in cancellation.
Please provide all references and information upfront to avoid delays.
Ghosting policy: See refund section. If I do not hear back within 48 hours at any stage requiring confirmation, I will continue work as-is without further revisions.Contact

Hi! I'm KC.
I'm a digital artist with a special interest in all things fantasy. books, games, TV, you name it! (especially books).I studied comics and narrative illustration in Spain, and have some of my official and personal projects on my Portfolio section.I’ve always loved whimsical, fantastical worlds, and I know many people in the D&D community have characters they’d love to see brought to life. I gladly volunteer as tribute to be that artist! I keep an open mind about who and what I draw, welcoming diverse characters and stories.I strive to create an open and safe space for commissioning art, especially in an age where AI-generated art is becoming widespread.
